In healthcare, there is always a tension between privacy laws and maximum care for the patient. This document describes what types of personal information we receive and collect and what measures we take to protect personal information. The purpose of this Regulation is to give a practical description of the provisions of the WBP and, where applicable, the provisions of other laws such as the WGBO and the General Taxes Act, you can download our privacy staement right here:

We do our utmost to provide you with excellent care and assistance. The satisfaction of our patients and visitors is always paramount and your opinion is highly valued.

For questions / complaints about your healthcare invoice, you can also contact one of our employees of the Healthcare Administration: zorgadministratie@acibademimc.com. They are happy to help you.
Unsatisfied?
We think it is important that you are satisfied with our care and services. Nevertheless, it may happen that the care is different than expected. Would you like to let us know if our care and services are different from what you expect? Your complaint helps us improve healthcare. We look for a solution together.
