As a vascular internist, in addition to general internal medicine, I focus on various aspects of cardiovascular risk management, such as high blood pressure, cholesterol, and diabetes, as well as thrombosis, coagulation disorders, and vascular inflammation. I consider a good doctor–patient relationship extremely important and always invest a lot of energy in it. For me, this means listening attentively, providing clear explanations, and making decisions together with patients about which tests or treatments are necessary.
