Co-Payment Not Required

We work with all Dutch health insurers, and even for non-contracted care, you do not have to pay an additional co-payment. Just like at any other hospital, you only pay your deductible (eigen risico).

If you are insured with one of these health insurers, you will receive an invoice from Infomedics after your visit to Acibadem. You do not have to pay this invoice immediately. First, you will receive reimbursement from your health insurer. To do so, you need to follow the steps to complete the declaration process. Please check the steps below or watch the video for a better understanding of the declaration process.

Declaration Helpdesk for questions about your invoice (also available via WhatsApp)

DECLARATION STEP-BY-STEP PLAN

Step 1: Invoice from Acibadem via Infomedics

Declare the invoice directly to your health insurer. This can be done digitally with your DigiD details or by post. Please note: you do not have to pay the invoice at this step!

Step 2: Declaration overview from your health insurer

After submitting the invoice, you will receive a declaration overview from your health insurer stating:

  • The reimbursed part (het vergoede deel)
  • The deductible (eigen risico)
  • The personal contribution (the non-reimbursed part)

Step 3: Payment to Infomedics

Add up the amount that was covered and paid to you by your health insurer with your remaining deductible and transfer the total to Infomedics. The personal contribution (the non-reimbursed part) will be waived by Acibadem - you do not need to pay this amount.

Step 4: Send declaration overview to Acibadem

Afterwards, email the declaration overview from your health insurer to vergoeding@acibademimc.com. Or by post to: Arlandaweg 161, 1043 HS Amsterdam

Step 5: Invoice handling

Once you have submitted the due amount to Infomedics and sent the declaration overview to Acibadem, Acibadem will end the collection process by Infomedics and your invoice will be fully settled.
