At the Orthopedics outpatient clinic of Acibadem IMC in Houten, patients are seen for general musculoskeletal complaints, with a particular focus on hip and knee problems. Orthopedic surgeon Dr. Hans Frejlach specializes in the treatment of knee sports injuries and osteoarthritis of the hip and knee.

Initial consultations, follow-up appointments, and postoperative wound care take place at our location in Houten. Surgical procedures are performed at our facility in Amsterdam. Waiting times vary depending on the procedure, but are generally short.

X-ray, ultrasound (ECHO), and MRI diagnostics can be performed at the Houten location when medically indicated. Outpatient appointments for general orthopedics are typically available on Thursday afternoons.

Patients with back and neck complaints are welcome for evaluation at our Houten outpatient clinic. We offer initial consultations, second opinions, and follow-up care in preparation for possible surgical treatments, which are carried out at our clinic in Amsterdam.

If additional diagnostic tests are needed, such as an MRI scan of the neck or back, or an X-ray, these are usually performed at the same location at Transparant Kliniek. If a CT scan is required, it can be performed at our clinic in Amsterdam. Spine surgery consultations are available every Thursday morning.
