Boaz Meijer built up almost fifteen years of experience as a general urologist at the Flevoziekenhuis in Almere. In 2018 he left to join the University Medical Center Groningen to devote himself fully to andrology. Andrology is a specialisation within urology directed at disorders of the male reproductive system. These include problems of the penis, sexual function, testosterone but also diminished male fertility.
Although many men experience such andrological difficulties and suffer greatly from them few doctors specialise in this field. Boaz Meijer has however devoted himself entirely to this specialism and is one of the few certified andrologists in the country.
He’s delighted to be working now at the ACIBADEM International Medical Center. With ample time and space to give patients his full attention, he’s in an excellent position to provide high quality andrological care.
